While CYL verifies and vets all partner clinics, each clinic operates independently. CYL does not control the medical practices, treatment decisions, or outcomes of partner clinics. Patients should conduct their own due diligence when selecting medical providers.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms for medical procedures are established directly between you and the chosen clinic. CYL's coordination services may involve separate fees as communicated during the consultation process. Refund policies vary by clinic and service provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the CYL website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CYL and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
CYL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, medical treatments, travel complications, or any actions taken based on information provided through our platform.
